Non stop anger energy coming out

I am not sure what Shakra is being activated but it’s triggering all anger inside me and I can feel my body releasing this hot energy that feels like an ange from my body is that the solar plaxes activation or heart Chakra it feels like all chakra are activating and releasing all the past shit from my people pleasing patterns

My question for you can you recommend me anything to do or drink or quotes or anything that would calm down this anger. And also I am in a hermit mode and sometimes I feel that I am isolated from my tribe and all the people surrounding me are all karmic and I am stuck between timelines .
