Has anyone heard of this/experienced this? It especially is supposed to help people who have trauma and/or add symptoms (they are nearly identical in symptoms at times)
Anyway, I am going to use this post as a body double for myself today 🥰 every hour, I will post what I want to get done that hour. And then check back in.
