Benefits I'm noticing from CONSISTENT meditation
My morning meditations have been really effective in giving me energy throughout the entire day
No coffee, energy drinks, or snacking.
Simply an attempt at meditation every morning as soon as I wake up, in bed HAHA.
I've been doing this for 2 weeks straight without miss, here are the benefits:
  • Clear mind for sharp productivity
  • Intuition giving me the right decision
  • No temptations or urges
(Yes I mean those kind lol)
See I realized what we need to feel good and accomplish the things we want is energy.
The most energy we can get is by going directly to the source.
The source of it all: our own consciousness.
