Anyone else feeling heavy?
I feel like my old self is dying. I channeled these words without knowing the meaning behind them:
You heart is rising from ashes.
I googled the meaning, and what I found deeply resonated with me. I thought I might share it with you. …a deep healing process where a person or their spirit overcomes severe heartbreak, loss, or total burnout to emerge stronger and transformed.
