The act of snacking seems to go up and down as a a healthy trend. If snacking keeps blood sugar more in check, does that make having healthy snacks between meals a good idea? Or is the goal still to not need to snack between meals? Just thinking about this ..as I have gone from a rare snacker to a daily snacker (during pregnancy and breast feeding). Haven’t really tested it out yet, but curious to see the difference of bigger meals to avoid need for snack (which might spike bs more) or adding snack between meals.
