Difference between 2 and 3
Is the Freestyle 2 recommended because of 3 being constant Bluetooth streaming? Sounds convenient but do try to avoid that kind of exposure to constant Bluetooth. 👌🏻

It’s happening 🙌 I just put a CGM back on — and on April 20, I’m inviting you to put one on with me. Welcome to The Real-Time Reset — a free, guided 2-week experience where you’ll go through 10 simple experiments and see, in real time, how your body responds to food, movement, stress, and sleep. This group is where everything will live — your experiments, guides, updates, and conversation along the way. The full course will open closer to April 20 so everything is ready for day one. If you’re new here, welcome. If you’ve been here a while, I’m so glad you’re still here. Before we begin, there’s just one thing to do now: get your CGM sensor. The FreeStyle Libre 2 is the one I recommend, although the Libre 3 works too. You can find one at most pharmacies or Costco. Perfect timing for this post partum Mama. BF has me wanting more carbs and has me snacking more often. I’m curious to see how my BS is reacting and making sure I’m nourishing myself and my baby in the best way possible.

I already had so much food and groceries to bring to cottage for long weekend so didn’t buy new ingredients for the coleslaw but I made a fresh quinoa salad and added chopped roasted almonds and lime juice. Inspired by the slaw recipe. Delicious 😋
3 M’s Day 5
MINDSET: early morning vibes with my favourite complimentary mug and my Kala light before the sun came up. MOVEMENT: Sunrise walk by the creek, earthing on the cool grass and hugging a tree 🌳 🤗 MICRONUTRIENTS: Meal of left over chicken wings we had froze (because too many days of chicken wings), cauli mash and green beens with garlic and ghee.

I have so many good reasons to be late with my 3 M’s log 🤪 MINDET: morning meditation in front of red light then practised reflexology on a friend after work - pulled out some new things to try in a judgement free space with a friend. Fun to get creative with the session! Pulled a card, sound healing, reiki vibes and hot towels steamed in my instant pot with essential oils - hope my next pot of soup doesn’t taste like tea tree 😆 MOVEMENT: 6 am weights class and sauna. MICRONUTRIENTS: after reflexology my friend treated me to some Vietnamese soup. I don’t eat out often but a nice way to spend time with a friend and connect over some hot soup on a cool grey fall day ☺️ 🍜
