MINDSET: During Ramadan, I’m focusing on the purpose of the month and practicing to be patient! 🌙
MOVEMENT: I did stretching in the morning to add some movement to my day. 🙆🏻‍♀️
MICRONUTRIENTS: I make sure that I eat nutritional food at the iftar time like dolma (Turkish version; you cook the meat and rice and place the mixture on the grape leaves and roll it!) and my favourite lentil soup! 🥣
