That Which Gets Measured Gets Managed. Mental Performance - Do you even track when you feel, how you feel and why? - It's the start of really big and positive change opportunities. Nutrition - I know it sucks, but if you have no idea what your eating for Macros and Calories, don't have any expectations except disappointment and failure. Fitness - Tracking every workout or activity; the feedback for progress is a catalyst for the motivation to stay disciplined. What have you been doing for these lately? Chime in, we want to know :-)
Breakfast ... No, It's not Fruit Loops and Caffeine!
For Brain health, getting your morning feed done right is a necessity! Protein first, then some carbs and fat ... and then coffee lol. My go to breakfast is always the same - 3 scrambled eggs. Then I'll do a cup of yogurt with a cup of blueberries, along with a tablespoon of flax, 2 walnuts and a half cup of sugar free granola. From the time I wake up and get up, to my first coffee is somewhere between 60 - 90 mind. Here's the breakdown of my usual morning feed 640 Cal 34.5g Protein 32.5g Fat (Good fat too!) 56g Carbs Remember Protein first! ... then other things What is you current go to breakfast?
Your Commitment
1. Radical Ownership No victims. No excuses. If you’re blaming the refs, the weather, or your "mood," you’re in the wrong group. You own your mindset, your preparation, and your results. Period. 2. Process > Outcome We don’t celebrate "wishes" here; we celebrate the work. Focus on the next 60 seconds of execution, not the scoreboard. Talk about your drills, not just your dreams. 3. Protect the Culture This is a fortress of excellence. Whining without a strategy for improvement is a toxin. Keep the conversation constructive and high-energy. If you bring the "average" virus into this room, you’ll be removed. 4. All-Time Consistency Success isn’t a part-time job. Be present. Be active. Be consistent. We have no room for "Monday Warriors" who disappear by Wednesday. If you’re here, you’re all in. 5. Elevate the Room Leadership isn’t a title; it’s an action. If you see a peer winning, study them. If you see a peer lagging, pull them up. We don't just compete against each other; we compete with each other to kill mediocrity. The standard is the standard. If you can’t live by these rules, you won’t survive the training.

Welcome to the Arena: The Search for Excuses Ends Here.
You didn’t join this group to "feel better." You joined to perform better. Most people spend their lives as "sometime" performers—waiting for the right mood, the right weather, or the right luck. In this community, we are all-time performers. We don't leave our results to chance; we engineer them using Brian Cain’s 10 Pillars of Mental Performance. The "house of cards" confidence stays at the door. From this moment on, your standards are law, and your discipline is unshakeable.
