That Which Gets Measured Gets Managed. Mental Performance - Do you even track when you feel, how you feel and why? - It's the start of really big and positive change opportunities. Nutrition - I know it sucks, but if you have no idea what your eating for Macros and Calories, don't have any expectations except disappointment and failure. Fitness - Tracking every workout or activity; the feedback for progress is a catalyst for the motivation to stay disciplined. What have you been doing for these lately? Chime in, we want to know :-)

Presently I am doing a 14 day Personal Frequency Map (Amara Callen book) I feel like my vibe is kinda low, even though I try hard, so this will be very enlightening! As for Nutrition, I've tracked many times before, but over the winter I've gotten a bit fluffy :-/ ... so, back to a few weeks of tracking, as I'd like to be at my May vacation in a less fluffy condition lol. And as for training, it's back to a daily 45 minute Zone 2 walk; it's been something that I got sensational results from last Year.
Time Management and Organization !!!
Here is a quick and effective hack for managing time and staying organized. Social media and that damn phone in your hand is a problem for many of us. Have FOMO? Maybe think you're a little A.D.D.? Let's fix that. MIT's Most Important Tasks; Before bed, or sometime before that, sit down and sort out what you want for tomorrow. List all the wants and tasks. What are the top 3? The true move your life or business forward tasks. List them and then order them in importance. When the list is done Make a small list of the top 3 (Most Important Tasks - MIT's) Then ask yourself this; “If I get nothing but these 3 MIT’s done today, will I still get at least 1% closer to my goals and have a productive day?” If the answer is no, rewrite and order them. Be tough on yourself - Stop pushing the ones you really should do to tomorrow or next week. If the answer is yes, well, you're all set! Get after it. What do you do for your time management or organization? We'd love to hear about it!

H.I.T.T. Training - What? Again?!
If there was only on thing I could pick Fitness wise for training it would be HIIT training. Here's why - It's fast, intense, has a huge positive effect on our system, and it'll keep you strong while shedding fat at the same time. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk lol Ever done HIIT? Let's chat about it :-)

Breakfast ... No, It's not Fruit Loops and Caffeine!
For Brain health, getting your morning feed done right is a necessity! Protein first, then some carbs and fat ... and then coffee lol. My go to breakfast is always the same - 3 scrambled eggs. Then I'll do a cup of yogurt with a cup of blueberries, along with a tablespoon of flax, 2 walnuts and a half cup of sugar free granola. From the time I wake up and get up, to my first coffee is somewhere between 60 - 90 mind. Here's the breakdown of my usual morning feed 640 Cal 34.5g Protein 32.5g Fat (Good fat too!) 56g Carbs Remember Protein first! ... then other things What is you current go to breakfast?

The Easiest Hack for a Killer Mindset
A great mindset is not just learned, but it's achieved through how you behaved. Ever hear the saying Be Do Have? Let me explain. If you 'Be'have 1st, you'll 'do' the things that the type of person you want to be does. And as a consequence, you'll 'have' what you want. Most people do it backwards What's worked best for you in the past? Here's the hack. BFS; Body Language, Focus, Self-Talk. 1) Be big in body -Envision the difference between someone shuffling along with head down and rounded shoulders etc. vs a person who commands a room when they walk in; they stand tall, shoulders back, head high with chin tucked. They walk slower but with a confident purpose. Try it, you'll feel amazing! 2) Focus on the Present - Anxiety lives in the future and regret lives in the past. If it's not on your plate or knocking at your door right this moment, then let it slide. You can sort it later. I use the acronym W.I.N. - What's important now? Try it! 3) Self-talk - Listen to yourself and the words you say to yourself. When I paid attention to this, I realized I frequently told myself negative things and even called myself negative things! You have to be your own biggest fan, not your own worst critic. Give these a try. Let us know how it's working for you!
