1. Radical Ownership
No victims. No excuses. If you’re blaming the refs, the weather, or your "mood," you’re in the wrong group. You own your mindset, your preparation, and your results. Period.
2. Process > Outcome
We don’t celebrate "wishes" here; we celebrate the work. Focus on the next 60 seconds of execution, not the scoreboard. Talk about your drills, not just your dreams.
3. Protect the Culture
This is a fortress of excellence. Whining without a strategy for improvement is a toxin. Keep the conversation constructive and high-energy. If you bring the "average" virus into this room, you’ll be removed.
4. All-Time Consistency
Success isn’t a part-time job. Be present. Be active. Be consistent. We have no room for "Monday Warriors" who disappear by Wednesday. If you’re here, you’re all in.
5. Elevate the Room
Leadership isn’t a title; it’s an action. If you see a peer winning, study them. If you see a peer lagging, pull them up. We don't just compete against each other; we compete with each other to kill mediocrity.
The standard is the standard. If you can’t live by these rules, you won’t survive the training.
