Breakfast ... No, It's not Fruit Loops and Caffeine!
For Brain health, getting your morning feed done right is a necessity!
Protein first, then some carbs and fat ... and then coffee lol.
My go to breakfast is always the same - 3 scrambled eggs. Then I'll do a cup of yogurt with a cup of blueberries, along with a tablespoon of flax, 2 walnuts and a half cup of sugar free granola. From the time I wake up and get up, to my first coffee is somewhere between 60 - 90 mind.
Here's the breakdown of my usual morning feed
640 Cal
34.5g Protein
32.5g Fat (Good fat too!)
56g Carbs
Remember Protein first! ... then other things
