Whatever the weather
Some of you are sweating through a heatwave right now. Belgium's in one too, 32 degrees before noon, so I'm feeling it while I write this. Others are bundled up heading into winter. Either way, your body is dealing with something, and a brain that's already full feels every bit of it. Weather, season, whatever it is outside, it all lands on top of the load you're already carrying. The simplest task starts to feel like too much. Nothing's wrong with you. The glass just got fuller. So today's check-in: what's the weather doing where you are, and how's your head handling it? One word each is enough.

Reflection
Reflection prompt When do you notice your brain struggling the most to switch off? Is it during silence? At night? After emotional stress? When you're alone with your thoughts? Write down the patterns you notice - without judging yourself for them. When I wake up and know there's a lot of cleaning to do...not because I care about the cleaning, but because someone I live with is frequently focused on it.
Heavy head check-in
How heavy is your head today? Give me a number from 1 to 10. No explanation needed unless you want to. Just drop your number. 🖤
☕ Quick community update
I was supposed to host our second Coffee Talk tonight, but due to some unexpected circumstances, I need to reschedule. Rather than showing up distracted, I'd prefer to move it to a moment when I can be fully present and give this community the attention it deserves. Since our members are spread across different countries and time zones, this feels like the perfect opportunity to find a time that works for as many people as possible. 👇 Please vote in the poll Feel free to drop your location in the comments too. It will help me plan future live sessions that work better for everyone. One of the nice things about being a smaller community is that we get to shape this together. ❤️
