I’m currently deep into my Shamanic Transcendence Therapy course where I’m studying: ✨ Shamanism ✨ NLP ✨ Naturopathy For Module 5 (Naturopathy) we were tasked with 7 consecutive days of Cold Water Therapy 🥶💪🏻 – hot/cold showers or ice baths. I’ve done hot/cold showers for years, but this assignment gave me the push to get back into my ice bin 🧊🛁.
