I’m currently deep into my Shamanic Transcendence Therapy course where I’m studying: ✨ Shamanism ✨ NLP ✨ Naturopathy For Module 5 (Naturopathy) we were tasked with 7 consecutive days of Cold Water Therapy 🥶💪🏻 – hot/cold showers or ice baths. I’ve done hot/cold showers for years, but this assignment gave me the push to get back into my ice bin 🧊🛁. ✨ Healthy Rising ✨ I recently completed my Shaman assignment for Module 4 🌿 It was a test of consistency, but I’m so grateful I followed through. Every Rising, I practiced a Shamanic ritual that I put together designed to: 🔥 Release what no longer serves me 🌱 Boost my immune system 🎯 Sharpen my focus for the day My ritual included: • Sage to clear negative energy • Setting powerful intentions • Breathwork • Yoga flow • Cold shower reset The results?
