Monday evening, you’re invited to gather in circle with me and three brilliant STT students for a restorative night of breath, story, drum, and ceremony. We’ll honour Mabon, the Autumn Equinox: a moment of balance, gratitude, and gentle reset.

What’s happening

• Breathwork with Haydn (Lumea Breath): a nervous-system soothing journey to settle, centre, and return to your light.

• Story & Feather Wisdom with Dave (Shamandala): a short teaching on respectful smudging and working with feathers, offered with humility, clarity, and deep integrity.

• Shamanic Drum Journey + Reiki with Ryan (Nature’s Flow Kambo): a guided meditation to ground, meet ancestors, and rebalance ahead of winter.

• Mabon Ceremony with Fed: the spirit, meaning, and symbolism of the Celtic harvest: releasing what didn’t bloom, celebrating what did, and restoring equilibrium.
