Throughout 2025 I have been going through some challenging life transitions. I think in those anxious and depressive moments its easy to lose track of gratitude in the day-to-day. Over the past couple weeks I think I've started to find my way back to it. I truly have so much to be grateful for and, interestingly, the more I lean into it the less sad and anxious I feel. Isn't it funny how sometimes we avoid the precise salve needed for our wounds?
