I finally remembered to take 5 minutes of quiet time for myself last night. My husband wasn't home, so I stretched in the living room and then just laid on my yoga mat in silence. I was shocked at how totally nice it was. I will try to find my 5 minutes again later today. I want that feeling back!

Within the first day, my fasting blood glucose has dropped 107 points. Plants are powerful!

So happy I organized myself and was disciplined enough in my bed time routine ( no later than 10pm) to make it to 3 sunrise walks already and the week is not done yet! It gave me a sense of achievement early morning, I was more centered znd peaceful. And just grateful for all this natural beauty!! I even made a sunset this week! 🥳🥳
