I finally remembered to take 5 minutes of quiet time for myself last night. My husband wasn't home, so I stretched in the living room and then just laid on my yoga mat in silence. I was shocked at how totally nice it was. I will try to find my 5 minutes again later today. I want that feeling back!
Yesterday, I chose a break from strength exercise. I did a long session of restorative yoga, which was energizing. Of course, I went dog walking in the evening!
Iβm off work today, so I got to enjoy a morning walk with the birds as I do most weekends. This is also my after dinner stroll area. I am blessed to live in the π of Dubai π₯°
One thing thatβs changed everything for me is gamifying my life. I listed out small habits that I want to automate into my life and assigned point values to them. Once I get 150 points I get to schedule a massage. What habits do you want to cultivate and what would be your reward?
