Sleep:11pm to 6am - 7 hours Gratitudes- my son is feeling much better! Body movement- 35 minutes yoga for strength 15 minutes rebounding 30 minutes dog walking What went well: I did some journalling. I wrote 1 page to release some frustration. Breakfast : 8am 3 bananas with 1 tsp of daily green boost I do love the taste of DGB Lunch : 12.30pm A big bowl of green grapes Very sweet and easy to digest. Dinner: 5.30pm cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, mangoes,lemon juice.
