Exercise
Yesterday, I chose a break from strength exercise. I did a long session of restorative yoga, which was energizing. Of course, I went dog walking in the evening!
A life in the day of............
I received my weighted vest package today. Excited to try it!! Today, I did 30 minutes of strength training. I am building up slowly and gradually! My favourite fruit today was bananas!
Walking
This evening, we went for 1.5 mile walk with my dog. The evening was cool and breezy, which felt refreshing. This morning I went on my rebounder first thing. Its harder than it looks!
Food diary day 4
Sleep:11pm to 6am - 7 hours Gratitudes- my son is feeling much better! Body movement- 35 minutes yoga for strength 15 minutes rebounding 30 minutes dog walking What went well: I did some journalling. I wrote 1 page to release some frustration. Breakfast : 8am 3 bananas with 1 tsp of daily green boost I do love the taste of DGB Lunch : 12.30pm A big bowl of green grapes Very sweet and easy to digest. Dinner: 5.30pm cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, mangoes,lemon juice.
Day 5
This evening I did 2 walks. Firstly. I walked with my husband for around 45 minutes. Then we took our dog for a 30 minute walk. The evenings are getting cooler and it feels 😎 good.
