I finally remembered to take 5 minutes of quiet time for myself last night. My husband wasn't home, so I stretched in the living room and then just laid on my yoga mat in silence. I was shocked at how totally nice it was. I will try to find my 5 minutes again later today. I want that feeling back!
I received my weighted vest package today. Excited to try it!! Today, I did 30 minutes of strength training. I am building up slowly and gradually! My favourite fruit today was bananas!
Yesterday, I chose a break from strength exercise. I did a long session of restorative yoga, which was energizing. Of course, I went dog walking in the evening!
