The meetings may be from 10 minutes (Sound Meditation) to 30 minutes. *This message is especially intended for graduates of The Healing Sound Arts Program, Crystal Bowls Mastery, and The Healing Voice participants. In addition for each post you make, comment on others' posts and likes you share, you receive points and this is how you build your level and access to other classroom offerings, aside from Awakening The Inner Healer Course. I will be hosting my first sound journey at the end of the month for 24 people. I definitely do not feel ready to hold this session, but I am going to let go of needing to be what I feel is perfect and just m know that as I continue to play, I will be more confident, comfortable and connected with my delivery and my intention through my bowls. I feel so grateful that the local Ymca that I teach at is allowing me to give this offering, and it will be a room full of beautiful women that I've known for years and some new. I will use this to submit for my final certification. I'm looking forward to it. 🥰
