@Kalee Coombs Thank you so much, Kalee. 🤍 Your teachings and guidance have truly shaped the way I approach this work, and I’m deeply grateful for all that you continue to share with this community. ✨

@Kalee Coombs I love that idea! 🤩
New "About" Page
As you may have already heard, I'm updating the about page here at Skool. So far, I've got the introductory video up and soon I will be creating pages below that will better illustrate what's inside and included in the membership. Here's the intro video that may describe the intention and more about our group a little better than the previous one.🌺

I second Taylor's comment - this is really great! 🌺 I appreciate this thorough explanation. I also like how you stress the importance of sharing and supporting one another! In some courses, you just don't know how much you are free to share. Hearing your updated introduction puts those concerns aside. 🤗
🌿 Weekly Reflection – Healing Voice Method (Week 3)
✨ This has been another interesting week for me, as I feel like my voice — and the sound of my voice — is finally beginning to open. I keep being reminded of what I mentioned last week: if you don’t use your voice, you begin to lose your ability to use it. ✨ Aside from being intentional with the practices, I found myself naturally wanting to tone in a more musical way. This has been such a sweet and surprising shift for me — and the fact that I’ve actually been able to do this feels really encouraging. ✨ While I practiced all of the techniques from last week, I found myself gravitating more toward the toning exercises — especially the Siren Frequency Sweep and Singing with Scales. I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my vocal range, though I still feel most comfortable in the lower ranges. ✨ I also continued incorporating the stretching, facial massage, and warm-up exercises. My intention has been to build these into daily habits, and I’m beginning to notice that I’m doing them more naturally throughout the day without having to think about it — which feels like progress. It’s working! 🤗 ✨ I also want to reiterate my appreciation for Kalee’s decision to break this pilot course into two separate levels. I’m finding it so valuable to have the time and space to truly practice and integrate the techniques. Slowing this down feels very supportive. 🎶 My Practice Experiences ✨ Toning Exercise – The Siren Frequency Sweep: I practiced both freely with sound and by trying to find the natural resonance of different rooms in my home. It was really fascinating to land on tones that felt in alignment with the space. The more I practiced this, the more I found myself wanting to continue — it became very engaging and intuitive. ✨ Toning Exercise – Singing with Scales: For this practice, I used my piano to support pitch and worked within the 3rd and 4th octaves — primarily A3, B3, C4, D4, and E4. I mostly sang using an “Ah” sound, but also incorporated humming along the same scale. This practice felt incredibly good — I truly did not want to stop. I also became more aware of the mechanics of my throat and how my mouth shapes and adjusts during the process. After these practices, I experienced an emotional shift that felt almost angelic in nature — very light, open, and elevated.

@Kalee Coombs Yes, "thoroughly fed" ... that is a perfect way to explain this practice! 💗
Healing Voice pilot class 3 takeaways
I absolutely loved this class. My biggest takeaway was the sweep. Oh my goodness I have not stopped doing this. I even did it in my car. I love love love this technique. I haven't done as much this week with the exercises etc as I have had a full on week, but I am so looking forward to getting back into routine with it. I wish I had more to say but honestly, I am just loving every class and the changes I am finding regarding using my voice. 🩵🩵🩵

@Marie Aydogan The siren sweep is such a powerful practice — I’ve been enjoying that one a lot too! ✨
Voice Healing Pilot Class 3 Take Away
The opening meditation was very powerful for me and I did not want it to end. You soon began discussing the new direction of creating 2 separate courses which I did not grasp at first, but later on after the Sit and Sound you spend time on the triads and scales and I totally see what you meant and agree. I am sure that others will benefit greatly from learning in the course about the triads and scales. For me personally I would not be interested in that aspect being a professional pianist I am very familiar with this. In fact I am turning to this vocal sound healing to actually get away from tonal harmonies somewhat and venture into gutteral raw sounds internally. What might benefit me would be to spend more time with the Sit and Sound with initiations and examples going into our various organs as a group, and then having participants share what they experienced if they wish. Hearing the experience of others would be very eye opening for me. I love how this is all wonderfully evolving. Thank you

@Monika Kasprzak , I really appreciated reading your perspective 🤍 I love how clearly you expressed your desire to move into the more raw, intuitive sounds — that really resonated with me. I had a powerful experience with Sit and Sound this week working with my ankle, and it surprised me how the sound that came through felt like it was coming from that area rather than me consciously creating it. It gave me a deeper appreciation for this practice and how much can be revealed through it. Your idea about sharing our Sit and Sound experiences as a group feels so valuable — there’s so much insight that can come through from hearing one another’s experiences. It’s beautiful to witness how this is unfolding for each of us ✨
