🕊️Just arrived to my family’s home in Maine, where I grew up. —Forest bathing and birdsong… Ahhh I grew up in the deep woods and was surrounded by nature. Even in the winter as a child, you couldn’t keep me inside a house. 🌲🕊️🌹 As I’ve been enjoying walks in the forest and remembering through the sweet smells of the trees, hearing the soothing healing sounds of bird song and seeing the bright greens of flora and blues of nature, I am healed. I just finished my Three training classes, and I truly enjoyed every one of them. I love your classes Kalee because you explain everything in a way that makes it easy to understand. Learning about healing with different musical instruments was very interesting, and I enjoyed discovering the many ways sound can support healing and well being. My favorite healing instruments are the endocrine singing bowls, chimes and tuning fork. They make me feel complete, balanced and connected to myself. These classes have inspired me to continue learning about sound healing and to deepen my own healing journey. Thank you for creating such a welcoming, supportive and inspiring learning experience.
