Hi everyone ✨My name is Prosper. I’m based in Byron Bay, Australia. I work as a chef and I’m deeply interested in sound healing and personal growth. I’ve been practicing yoga for myself for a few years and recently started working more with crystal bowls and Tibetan singing bowls. Excited to learn, connect and share with this community 🙏
Awaken Your Inner Healer Class 2 report
Takeaway: Although I had heard before that voice can heal this was the first time that I was able to experience getting deeper and contacting my physical self. After the first meditation my state from all these lines to things around me that I need to do that are trying to grab my attention all disintegrated and I felt like I was not being pulled all over. After the voice toning meditation I did choose a low pitch today and it really brought me to a deeeeep relaxed state.

Before class perhaps I was a little detached but after the exercise, I felt calm and lighter
Class 1 - Sound As Sanctuary: Reclaim Your Peaceful Space
1st Meditation - Feeling Before: stressed and somewhere lost about the next step I have to take.Feeling guilty that I postponed certain actions. - Feeling After: activated, less distracted when being focused on the sound. 2nd Meditation - Feeling Before: Curious and inspired on following this class and to calm myself and reconnect to my higher self. - Feeling After: I feel empowered to continue to learn to remember my goal , my path , to reclaim my birthright in/remember me as Being a Sound Healer. Takeway for Class 1 : incorporate doing a Sound Meditation in the morning and in the evening in my Daily routine. Use this as a Sanctuary.
Class 2 .The Healing Voice As Medicine
- Feeling Before the meditation: I feel In a hurry to continue with the classes to be up to date and check the ongoing events. Feeling blocked in my troat and back. I do not seem to resonate with the sound of the crystal singing bowls - i am like in overdrive the part before 9minutes. The next part is better; I think its because of blockages in my back. - Feeling after the meditation: Humming resonated in my nose ,ears, head. I feel calmer and relaxed, less tension then before...thoughts are like stopped when focusing on my humming. I feel more self-empowered, clear, balanced and a need to continue with the course to heal myself so that later on I can heal others. - Biggest Takeaway from Class 2: The sit and sound technique, sit and set an intention to heal something/some part of your body/mind specific by humming. Your voice is an instrument, use it as a Sanctuary, it is authentic, unique , designed for healing yourself and others.
