Class 2: Your Voice As Medicine
Before: just did the first one so I think I’m still pretty relaxed from that one. But want to continue on to get more of the info. Yes I am using my personal journal so I can go back to it later.
After: Hadn’t thought of humming with the sound bowls before. It makes sense. Also the section where you suggested to use the sound as a mantra was brilliant. Never thought of that. I have some words I do use but I like that I can flip them out when I need to. Let’s face it…we don’t always know what the right words are so the vocalization is helpful.
