Maybe the fact that you're still showing up is enough.
Maybe getting through the day was enough.
Maybe choosing not to text them was enough.
Maybe taking a walk, making yourself dinner, going to therapy, watching a video, posting here, or simply getting out of bed was enough.
I think we forget how much energy healing actually takes.
You're not just moving on from a relationship.
You're rebuilding trust in yourself.
You're questioning old beliefs.
You're learning new patterns.
You're doing work that most people can't even see.
So if today doesn't look productive, successful, or inspiring...that doesn't mean nothing is happening.
Sometimes the most important healing happens quietly.
Keep going.
Not because you have to be a different person by next week.
But because the version of you that's emerging deserves the patience you're giving everyone else. ❤️
