The view from your morning walk. Etc. Etc.) I'll go first... #1 - My name is Alex Orton. I am naturopathic doctor, entrepreneur, husband, and father-to-be (baby due end of October!) I'm from the Chicago burbs and recently moved to Nashville from Asheville NC. I run a virtual practice with @Kolby Ourada where we help leaders and self-starters to transform their health by living their most optimal life. #2 - I am stoked to connect with a larger audience of individuals who share the same values and are on the same journey of self-growth. In a world that puts corporate and political interests over the health of the society, its more important than ever to connect to community so we can all help each other. #3 - Love to hike, find local swimming holes and water falls to cold plunge into, kayak. Seeing live music. I love movies, I think they are an amazing art form. Also love history, politics, philosophy, and spirituality. I try to see the connections of everything happening in the world and how it relates to the spiritual growth of individuals and the planet as a whole. #4 - I just got the Leela quantum tech necklace that contains gold, silver, and titanium beads charged with radionics healing frequencies. I immediately felt energized as soon as I put it on.
