Hi All, For breakfast, I usually have a medium-sized banana with a sachet of Quaker Oats So Simple Hazelnut Chocolate Porridge (about 250 calories). What does everyone else have for breakfast? Has anyone tried making 'overnight oats'? I’m thinking they might be a better option than the pre-flavoured sachets, which probably contain more sugar than I’d like. Ages ago I made a bulk purchase of these sachets, and now that I’m running low, I want to rethink my approach. Maybe using frozen berries would be a better alternative too. Any thoughts or tips? What kind of porridge do you go for, how do you prep it, and can it be easily flavoured? Basic question but I've never done it so would like some guidance! Cheers
