Do you just go with the background gym music, or do you have a go-to artist, playlist, or album?
I’m doing a marathon-distance event on Sunday and want to refresh my playlist for when the going gets tough - probably around miles 18-24 when I won’t feel like chatting to my mate!
I heard some “banging tunes” during my weekly session with Ethan recently - there was a group class underway - but it was all quite modern, and I had no idea who it was! seemed to be enjoying it (he’s about 15 years younger than me and clearly in with the cool crowd!). ^ I've been meaning to ask this for ages! :-)
