Hello! I'm 49f and fairly athletic. I've been on a microdose of Tirz all year and have most of the weight off that I gained from being on meds like pregabalin for my mild fibromyalgia. I also get migraines and headaches frequently. I'm trying to convert the last of my abdominal weight to muscle, but I've had a shoulder injury (impinged nerve) for 8 months that's making arm workouts difficult. I did a full round of physical therapy, and the nerve doesn't seem impinged, but there has been residual pain at the site. I've been on 150mcg of BPC+TB daily for two weeks to try to heal this injury, and I've experienced increasingly painful migraines that also caused increased pain in the injury site. I've stopped the BPC+TB. Should I ditch this protocol and try something else (like KVP), or can I reduce the BPC dose, get same results over a longer period, to see if the headaches go away?
