Fasting
Does anyone still fast when doing r3t@? I haven’t started yet, but I normally do a 24 hr once a week and sometimes 48s and 72s. Is fasting still a good idea on this?
I also want to make absolutely sure I am doing this right as I have never done peps. If I have a 10mg bottle, I am putting in 1 mL Bac correct? Then if I want a . 5 dose then I am filling the syringe (100U) to 5 correct?
