Team, to kick things off in our new home, we’re focusing on the foundation of all Gymnastics: Control and Stability.
​It doesn't matter if you can already Handstand Walk for 10 meters or if you're still afraid of kicking up. This challenge is for everyone, and the goal is to accumulate quality time.
​THE CHALLENGE: Accumulate as much time as possible in a Handstand Hold (Facing the wall) throughout month.
​The Rules:
​1. Position: Chest and nose as close to the wall as possible and hands a palm distance. Toes pointed, glutes squeezed, and push the floor hard (active shoulders).
​2. Video: Record your best set (or a time-lapse of your session) and post it here in the comments or on the main feed using the hashtag #Gym4CrossChallenge1.
​3. Scoring: Everyone who posts a video gets "likes" from the community, helping you climb to Level 2 and unlock new content!
