🇬🇧 3 Steps to Your First Bar Muscle-Up!
It's not luck, it's applied technique. If you're still "stuck" under the bar, focus on these 3 pillars:
1. Set Up: Often, the way we jump to the bar determines success or failure. Jump 50cm behind the bar line and directly into the Hollow position. (Watch the video)
2. Kipping: If your kipping isn't efficient, you'll start the BMU from a deficient point. Focus well on the Hollow and Arch positions. (Watch the video)
3. Hips to Bar: After the Hollow position, "throw" your pelvis upwards while simultaneously "pushing" the bar down. The body should remain diagonal, shoulders above the bar, pelvis at bar level, and feet below the bar. (Watch the video)
