Hey everyone, I’ve been a little MIA lately, just taking time to work through some personal things. I’m excited to share that I’ll soon be hosting 1–2 short, 30-minute calls each week for our Grounded community. These sessions will likely start with a meditation, followed by a relaxed group check-in. A space to reset, connect, and breathe together. I’m also planning to set up a Q&A thread, where you can drop your personal questions. I’ll reply to each one with a short video or Loom response, so the answers feel more personal and clear.
