👋 Welcome to GROUNDED ☯️
Congratulations on joining the community — it’s powerful to see that you’ve chosen to slow down and commit to creating the life you truly want. Just the fact that you’re here shows that you're ready to reconnect, realign, and move with intention. Let’s be real: slowing down isn’t always easy, especially in a world that constantly pushes us to go faster. Personally, I’ve dealt with social anxiety and overwhelm, and I’ve spent years exploring tools, practices, inner work, and mindset shifts that helped me embody a calmer, more grounded version of myself. It’s not always a linear journey — there will be moments where it feels like one step forward and two steps back — but that’s all part of the process. I’m excited to grow this space into a supportive, nurturing, and accountable community — a place where we remind each other that it’s okay to pause, breathe, and come back to ourselves. Life isn’t meant to be lived in overdrive. First, we get GROUNDED… then we choose when to go fast. Not the other way around. That’s what you’ll explore and embody here — through the content, conversations, and connections. "Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast."– [U.S. Navy SEALs mantra] 🛠 Your First Steps ✅ Step 1: Create Your Intro Post Answer the questions in the pinned post titled: ➡ "WELCOME TO GROUNDED – INTRO POST" This helps you reflect, set intentions, and lets the community get to know and support you. THEN add to CATEGORY "NEW MEMBERS" and post! ✅ Step 2: Complete the Grounding Blueprint This form gives you a clear picture of where you're currently at in your health, energy, mindset, and lifestyle — and helps us serve you better. 🧭 The GROUNDED Blueprint – Google Form ✅ Step 3: Book Your Implementation Call Once you've submitted your Blueprint, you’ll be able to book your free 30-minute 1:1 Implementation Call with me. https://jamesivesfithealthholistic.as.me/GROUNDEDIMPLEMENTATIONCALL

🔓 WELCOME TO GROUNDED — INTRO POST
Hey legend! Welcome to GROUNDED. To help you feel more connected and get the most out of this space, please make a post answering these 5 questions 👇 Feel free to keep it real, raw, and YOU. 1. Where are you from and what brought you to GROUNDED? (e.g. What made you want to join this group right now in your life?) 2. What are you currently feeling most challenged by? (Physically, mentally, emotionally — whatever comes up) 3. What do you want to feel more of in your life right now? (e.g. calm, energy, confidence, connection, peace) 4. What practices or routines help you feel most grounded (if any)? (e.g. breathwork, nature, movement, journaling — or maybe you're just starting fresh) 5. What’s one intention you’re setting for yourself while being part of this group? (e.g. show up consistently, share my wins/losses, get back to my best self) __________________________________________________ NOTE: Once you have completed these questions. Please READ, NAME, SIGN & DATE the GROUNDED AGREEMENT to keep you committed and accountable to yourself and this community.

Tuesday Tip
I’ve been using this natural deodorant lately. Quite effective and some of these actually last a while. Every time I switch back from spray on deodorants to natural deodorant my mood stabilises and my hormones feel balanced once again. Makes sense, because most deodorants are full of Endocrine Disruptors, meaning they mimic oestrogen in the body. That’s not good news for your testosterone. Phthalates: disrupt testosterone, sperm quality and can affect Thyroid function. Aluminium chlorohydrate and aluminium zirconium: block sweat glands. They mimic oestrogen and interfere with hormone signalling. This is only scratching the surface. There are many more effects that most spray on deodorants have on your health. Including: - Impacts your gut health. - Neurological and mood effects. - Disrupt the blood brain barrier and can lead to worsening of anxiety. - The chemicals accumulate in fat tissue, organs and affect detox pathways. My advice: It’s all about reducing your overall toxic load and this is one big way to do it. Use spray on deodorants sparingly and use something like Woo hoo or another natural brand for your day to day activities.
