I discovered this recipe on social media a few years ago. It’s my favorite way to prepare kale. I’m obsessed with it! 🌱✨
Spicy Kale Recipe
2 bags of precut organic kale (stems removed)
1/2 Red onion or 1 shallot
1 Roma tomato diced
Juice of 1 squeezed lemon
1 bag Sun-dried tomatoes chopped(Trader Joe’s)
4-5 garlic cloves pressed
Nutritional Yeast, Sea Salt, dash of cayenne (to taste)
Massage kale in a bit of cold pressed olive oil and lemon juice then add remaining ingredients, continue to massage
1/2 ripe avocado (add it just before you’re ready for a serving)
