Have a Terrific Tuesday! ππππ₯ππππ Cilantro Hemp Seed Dressing 1/2 C hemp seeds 1/2 C water 2 garlic cloves 1T Dijon mustard 1 T agave 2 T ACV 2 T lemon juice (1/2 lemon) Handful cilantro 1/2 t onion powder Sea Salt to taste Blend all ingredients well

My favorite Smoothie Blend 1 C coconut water 2 frozen bananas 2 C frozen mangoes 1.5 C frozen cherries 5 Pitted Deglet dates (or 2 Medjool) Layer all ingredients in this order and blend until smooth. Enjoy! ππβ¨
