Tried a new smoothie bowl (it's gooood)
I tested out a new combo this morning and it was so good! I normally don't use cacao or carob in my smoothies, but I felt like something different. I think this would be perfect for kids as well if they are fussy and you want them eating clean, because it literally tastes like dessert. Recipe is rough as I didn't properly measure ingredients, but here you go: 3 unfrozen bananas (this made it extra creamy) 2 pitted Medjool dates 2 tbsp carob powder (add more if you want more caramel flavour) Plain filtered water Blend until smooth and creamy, and top with berries of choice. I used fresh strawberries from the farmers market and it was insane!!

Hi! I'm Lyndsay and I live in Maine. I've been vegan for over a year and learned about raw eating on social media. I like exercising, being outside, and hanging out with my family. Although I try to eat as much of raw foods as I can, I have never done a juice fast or fruitarian or raw lifestyle. I would like to start eating raw at least 3 days a week (preferably more).

Juice is one of the best ways to start your day! It provides immediate fuel to your cells and gently wakes up and flushes your digestive system. Your first meal of the day should always be the lightest…not the heaviest! You are breaking your overnight fast, hence why it’s called break-fast. I had 1.5 L in total (roughly 700 cals) What did you have? Post a pic belowπŸ‘‡πŸ½ Let's inspire each other!
