Mango Date Smoothie 🤎🥭
I had this for breakfast today. It’s super filling and calorically dense, so if you’re struggling to get in enough calories in a day and stay satiated, this one’s for you! It’s also a great pre or post workout meal. Dates are high in natural sugar and will keep you energised for hours, and bananas will help you with strength and recovery if you’re actively working out. Smoothie recipe: 🤎 6 medjool dates 🍌 6 ripe bananas 🥭 2 cups frozen mango 💦 Coco water Serving size is for 2 people. Approx total cals is 1200. If you’re making it for 1, cut down the dates and bananas to 3 or 4 each and use 1 cup frozen mango. Enjoy!! 🤤
