Looking for a blitz buddy!
I'll be 68 next month and need to move my body more. With severe osteoporosis, I can't bend, lift or twist, but I can walk. Right now, I'm up to 1500 steps a day and would like to get to 2000 by the end of the month. I walk indoors if the weather is bad, but outside when it's nice. Anyone want to buddy up and walk with me?
