hi friends So yesterday I sat in on my very first Roast with the Goosy Crew @Rositsa Aleksandrova I am managing 2 pretty new communities with @Johnny Gallo • One writing, poetry, and lyrics (Ink & Alchemy) • The other is music production with DJ lessons (Internal Rhythm DJ & Producer Hub) OK, I have to say I’m too scared to even turn my camera on during the calls yet… which is LAME. But I’m being honest. I guess my thought is to be humble until I feel I can add to the conversation. I don’t believe our presence is relevant enough yet?! Buuuuuut, After today’s call, I have a lot of good thoughts, and I appreciate all of the information I am retaining. We are trying, but things are slowly going. And I know I’m missing big key things that we will need to truly blossom here. Although I have to say really loud that we have really amazing people in both groups that are posting every day and contributing. I love them very much. So at what point am I not a newbie lol?! Is it a headcount? Or a monetization goal? Or just time spent in this ecosystem? lol 😂 Also, I do want to point out what I got from the call today, which I think is really important. Creating the first three modules as a guide to the actual community. I have so many ideas flooding, and I am going to be figuring it out for both groups this week. But we have two avatars in mind now and they are an extension of our musical partnership for a track we released prior to this soooo exciting So this is my long-winded way of saying thank you. The last two days of the blitz didn’t just challenge me they gave me clarity. 🌈 My sons showed up.Nick showed up. The community showed up. And when people show up like that, you pay attention. Because it reminded me of a truth most people try to bypass genuine connection is the foundation of everything that lasts. You don’t build trust with tactics. You don’t create loyalty with shortcuts. And you don’t lead without real presence. This was my second blitz, and I’m walking away sharper, clearer, and more aligned than ever. My focus is going back into Renewing the Man into the work that actually matters… supporting men and women who are willing to face themselves, do the inner work, and become something real in a world full of noise. Goosify didn’t just show me how to build a community it reminded me what makes one worth building in the first place. Connection first. Always.
