We are 3p to reach the 250 members, and I have several changes I want to implement within the next 4-7 days... Including: 🪄 classroom theme 📚 classroom material 💰 pricing 📆 calendar events As the new product/offer (my cookies, as Ev says) is ready and we implement the changes and new processes, I face a decision... A - leave it all as it is, make some new post and who reads reads, who doesn't don't (freemium approach) B - close the enter to new members for a week + more aggressive communications to actual members + special price offer for actual members that engage this week + kicking off the zombies 🧟‍♂️ (free trial) What do you think?
