Ok guys, as I said on the call today : I'm on fitness Level 6 and I'm getting to Level 7. To do that, here is what I have to do : 15 strict form pull ups, no kipping 50 strict form push ups, no rests 1 - mile run : 8:00 minutes or less less than 17% body fat On my fitness test on October 3 : I got 13 strict form pull ups 40 strict form push ups 1 - mile run : 8:15 Body fat % : not exactly sure. Probably 18%.

Anyone else fucked around with Intermittent fasting? I'm going hardcore 23 hour fasts 1 hour eating window 1 meal per day Drinking ONLY water with electrolytes (no cuppa tea for me ๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง) For the rest of the month ... I might die But I'll put Goosify in my Will before I do โœŒ๐Ÿป
