Soo... It's not same-same... But I recreated the House Oops GIF. I'll likely re-record it another day. But this isn't too shabby for doing this awkwardly in front of everyone right? πŸ™ƒπŸ€£ This was my first time trying to record anything in front of anyone other than my void πŸˆβ€β¬› who stares and judges then proceeds to like his πŸ‘ hole 😹

Since I have to help 69 people go on Skool full time in a year: most people get 1 win… and then go back to zero why? cuz they treat every client like a brand new start your first client is not just money it’s: πŸ‘‰ proof πŸ‘‰ leverage πŸ‘‰ a shortcut to the next 5 so HERES the friggin breakdown: when you get someone a result you don’t just celebrate you do this: πŸ‘‰ capture the win screenshot message before/after anything real because this becomes: πŸ‘‰ "i've done this before" which is 10x more powerful than: πŸ‘‰ "i think i can help" for example: instead of saying: πŸ‘‰ "i help people grow communities" you say: πŸ‘‰ "last month i helped someone get their first paying members from their community" see how that's instantly more believable? then... you go back to conversations and instead of saying: "i can help you" you say: πŸ‘‰ "i just helped someone fix this exact problem... want me to show you what we did?" that's it no convincing no long pitch just: πŸ‘‰ proof β†’ curiosity and now your close rate goes up because you're not guessing anymore you're repeating now here's the part people skip: after a win you should immediately: πŸ‘‰ talk to 20–25 more people πŸ‘‰ with that same problem πŸ‘‰ using that same proof because not everyone is ready but if 1 person got a result there are probably 20 more people who need the same thing this is how 1 turns into 5 not more effort just smarter effort same problem same solution more reps that's how you build momentum not starting over every time so if you've already helped even ONE person ur sitting on gold use it πŸ‘‡ tell me a result uve gotten for someone even if it's tiny "helped my mate get his first client" "helped someone lose 5 lbs" "helped a member make their first sale" i might pick a few and show you how i'd turn that into your next 5 clients πŸͺΏ

I have a question for the service providers in this group
How would you strategically use testimonials from an in-person service business to market an online community? Would you: Repurpose the testimonials directly? Extract themes and create case studies? Create a bridge message between the physical transformation and the online transformation? Something else? I'm trying to show people that while I can't physically work on them online, I may be able to help them achieve many of the same outcomes if they're willing to do the work. Would love to hear how other service providers have successfully made that transition
