I’ve been quiet lately. Not because I gave up.Not because I disappeared into the void. Just the usual glorious combo of work, family, life, and random chaos. And the real tragedy? I didn’t even have time to make pizza this weekend.😭 Yes, it has come to this. No dough. No fermentation. No carb-based strategy sessions. Just responsibilities like some kind of adult. BUT. Do not be fooled by this temporary pizza drought. The flour is resting.The yeast is plotting.The mozzarella is waiting. And soon…the pizza content will return. Possibly stronger. Possibly more unhinged. Possibly airborne. So if anyone thought the pizza era was over: absolutely not. This is just the calm before the crust 🍕
