Dont forget to breath deeply and intentionally. Your breath contains superpowers of
CALMing your nervous system.
Breath all the way down to the belly and utilize the diaphram to draw the air all the way down to the abdomen.
Laughing helps as well, or even a long humming sound will stimulate the CALM system and return you to the parasympathetic state of rest.
