Epic gathering!!

So my anti blips is taking care of my health and getting more sleep which for me means getting to bed earlier so I can get more than 6 hours of sleep a night. I've had a flare up of a long-term committed condition that just recently got under control with medication. And I've got big decisions to make about my community and my other work so having a heart and mind space supported by good health and good sleep is a good thing.

We have so many cool people on this platform and especially in this community and some of them even touch us when we’re not online or in an IRL… @Michelle McMillionairess you rock!!! And I was super happy that Goose went along and loved the idea of giving you a shout out!!! Here’s to you, Michelle!!!!
