My vow is the continue the Brain health daily activities and become more disciplined with exercise,
Full body ex 5 days a week.
spiritual exercise daily, 20 minutes.
I am adding that to language learning, minamally 5 up to 20 min daily.
Piano 10-15 min daily.
Home made food, lots from our garden.
Plus Herbs, supplements.
Balance ex every other day.
Get outside in the sun and fresh air daily, minimal 20 minutes. With sun on the face as many of these times as possible:
Morning, Noon, Night.
I use a LLLL, healing laser 4x a day, 12 minutes.
Discipline is not my challenge but better planning and prioritizing has been.
So check Calender daily, map out and rate the priorities early in the am or better yet the Sunday of the week., and adjust as needed.
