Since August of 2025, I have lost a total of 40 lbs...for the first time since I was in the military I am under 200. I can do things at a level that is respectable for us 40+ folks..with that being said I am on track to hit under 190 this month and have decided to join a group of work friends on a daily weighted hikes. I will go every day even if I am tired. I will push myself and will get incrementally better everyday this month....should have some killer quad-zilla legs by the end of it..
