Google ads - product analysis
Hey guys, I have a quick question on how you analyse product performance in google ads.
Currently I am analysing my Shopify ROAS as well as my google ROAS for each product. (I have this set up through google sheets)
For some of my products I have a 0.5 google ROAS and a 1.8+ Shopify ROAS.
Yes I know this could be tracking... but I wanted to know what your thoughts on this are.
A customer clicks a Shopping ad for my product and enters my store.
They click around and check a few products, they then purchase a different product on my store from the one they clicked an ad on
  • How would this attribution work in google?
  • Do you guys pay more attention to Shopify ROAS of a product or the google ROAS of a product.
  • How would you guys workout which products to scale and kill if this is true?
